Forum Terms of service

Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.

The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.

In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

To keep the ZXT & Me forum clean, usable, and helpful to others: a set of rules have been put together that we ask all forum members to comply to: Forum Rules ALL MEMBERS • Post in the right forum! You may have your post deleted if you post in the wrong forum! • Use descriptive Topic Subject. This will help others find what they want to read. Topics with bad Topic subjects may be deleted! • Research your Post! Make sure you are not double posting, search the forum first most questions have been answered dozens of time before . • No trolling. Don't make posts that are inflammatory just to annoy people. • Personal Attacks. Criticize ideas, not people. Flaming will not be tolerated. This includes any material which is vulgar, defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually oriented, or violates any laws. • No pornographic, sexually offensive, sexually explicit, or objectifying material. This includes suggestive images, graphics, and comments. • Respect the privacy of others. Do not post other's phone numbers, addresses, pictures, etc., without their permission. • Each forum member may have only one username. The system will automatically monitor your IP address, if your IP address is found to be using more than one username, both accounts will be deleted, and your IP will be banned, indefinitely (No exceptions!) • Do not use objectionable language. • NO Blatant Advertising. This forum is not free advertising space. Special Rules May Apply In Vendor Forum • NO Spamming. No commercial posts or flooding the forum with useless content. • Message content. You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages. • No Cap Locks. Please do not post messages with the subject or post all in capital letters, or your message will be deleted. Words all in capitals are not only annoying but are read 50% slower than normal writing. • Do Not Post or link to copyrighted material. • Please do not copy and paste any info found on this site, to another site If you are found breaking any of the rules your account will be deleted immediately. There will be no warnings given! Signatures • Signatures will be no longer than 4 lines • Signatures may contain a link to your personal site or sites that maybe of use to other members, No Blatant advertising! • Signatures are expected to follow the same guidelines as posts. Pictures/Videos • No nude pictures or videos • Please refrain from heavy use of non-weightloss photos, videos, or animation Vendors Rules We appreciate and encourage participation from legitimate Vendors.Though please keep in mind,this forum was created first and foremost for customers only. The following guidelines must be strictly followed by you to remain a participating member of this board. • Absolutely no advertising, anyone doing so will be banned. Your websites and good customer service are your advertisement.Each legitimate Vendor has a link on the forum as well as an opportunity to introduce themselves to the board.Please only do so in the designated area.You also are able to submit one standing (non-changing) special you offer.This will be added by Admin and once your introduction is placed it will be closed for posting. Once again,this board is not any one vendors advertising venue. • No personal attacks on other vendors or members.You are all legitimate Vendors selling 100% Authentic product,so there is no need for disturbances such as these. In regards to members,guidelines are clearly stated concerning the proper protocol when listing a Vendor complaint on the board.Customer service issues are to be handled off the board. • All vendors must participate and contribute to forum by offering encouragement, and advise. Strict participation guidelines are required of both Members and Vendors. Anyone wishing to be removed from the forum, contact admin.
